How Will I Know Which Tests To Administer?

Armed with that knowledge, specific tests will be chosen from EmployTest’s extensive product line. Tests can be further customized to precisely match the position. Delivered online or via software on your office network, each EmployTest software test has approximately 30 questions. Questions cover the major features of each Office software program, such as Word or Excel. Questions are presented in the form of a task to be performed. (i.e. “Open a new document”). The job candidate has full access to the menus (except Help) and is rewarded for using the shortcut keys for maximum efficiency.
An extensive bank of test questions exists for each application, allowing the test administrator to customize the test to meet the requirements of the position. How Will The Score Reports Be Displayed?
The tests are scored immediately upon completion and the results are displayed either on the screen or emailed to the Test Administrator in your organization. The following percentages are displayed on each Score Report:
• Overall
• Skill Level (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Topic (i.e. Formatting, Editing)
• Correct/Incorrect status for each question
