How do I order?

Please call 1.800.836.1901 (Ext. 1 for Sales) and our friendly Test Consultants will help you choose the best products for your needs. If your need is urgent, we can expedite your order and your account will be set up shortly thereafter.


How long does it take to set up an account?

For online orders, we prefer a minimum of one business day. However, orders can be expedited if your need is urgent. Software orders can be shipped same day if processed before 2pm EST.

How will I know which tests to administer?

Our Test Consultants will help you choose tests after first learning about your positions’ Key Success Factors: the job requirements and essential factors that insure your employees’ successes. Armed with that knowledge, specific tests will be chosen from EmployTest’s extensive product line. If needed, tests can be further customized to precisely match the position. How will the results be displayed?

Employment Tests

The tests are scored immediately upon completion and the results are displayed either on the screen or emailed to the Test Administrator in your organization. The following percentages can be displayed on each Score Report:

• Overall
• Skill Level (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Topic (i.e. Formatting, Editing)
• Correct/Incorrect status for each question


Background & Drug Screening.

Results are displayed via our web system which is designed to deliver results for both Background Checks and Drug Screening. Turnaround time for results will depend on the screening tool used. We guarantee that our results are delivered as quickly as any other in our industry.


Which tests do I need: software or online tests?


Online testing should be used when you …
• Test at multiple locations that aren’t networked.
• Need to test many candidates at one time.
• Have difficulties getting software installed by your IT staff.
• Need multi level control over testing process.
• Need to test on different office PCs at times.


Software should be used when…
• Candidates can test in your office on a dedicated PC.
• Candidates can test in your office with no time restriction.
• Web connectivity may be a problem.


The delivery method can be either a metered or unlimited use license. The cost will vary with each type of license.


What is the difference between unlimited and metered licenses?

With an Unlimited Use License, you pay a flat fee, either one time or annually, and are licensed to use the software as much as needed at no additional cost. With a Metered License, you pay based on the number of tests used.
