How Will I Know Which Tests To Administer?

Our Test Consultants will first learn from you more about the Key Success Factors (KSFs) for that specific position. The KSFs will point us toward the essential factors that insure an employee’s success in that position. Armed with that knowledge, tests will be chosen from the Accounting test series. Benchmarks can be set with current employees as needed.

Our Accounting and Finance tests have been craft by subject matter experts who identified the most important topics and tasks in the accounting and finance fields. Questions include real-world examples and illustrations to accurately measure a candidate’s abilities. Questions are multiple choice and short answer format, requiring test takers to answer knowledge questions as well as calculate mathematical answers to common accounting problems. Each test has approximately 40 questions.

How Will The Score Reports Be Displayed?

Score Reports are available immediately at end of test. No faxing, emailing or hand-scoring is necessary. Scores are available on screen or can be emailed to your organization’s Test Administrator. The Score Reports will be in-depth, providing scores and detailed descriptions of a candidate’s knowledge. Overall scores (by percentage) will be followed by scores for each topic.

How Much Does It Cost?
